Absolutely! Ensuring the safety of your children is our #1 priority. At bThere Bus, our goal is to give families peace of mind. Our drivers are highly vetted, and we perform extensive criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug testing on our drivers. Our drivers are also state certified, CPR and First Aid certified. We go above and beyond state requirements to not only provide the best service available, but for families to be confident in the fact that your children are safe in our hands.

1. Request a Quote: Our customized quotes are designed to match your family’s unique transportation needs and ensure your family receives the most amount of savings.
   
   
2. Complete our Registration Form: Before our services can be provided, we require each family to complete our Registration Form online and agree to our Terms of Service. We will schedule a virtual, or in person, meet and greet with our company founder to meet your children based on your availability.
   
   
3. Have the kids ready to go! We kindly ask that your children be ready 5-10 minutes before their scheduled pick-up. For morning riders, our drivers will wait approximately 2 minutes for your children. If your student is not ready, our driver will unfortunately leave to finish their route and ensure safe and timely arrival to school. Due to scheduling, we will not be able to guarantee a ride for those who are late for their pick-up time.

If you are interested in riding one or two days only, contact us. To the extent we have available seats, we will gladly offer a daily rate.

bThere Bus currently serves Doral, Florida and surrounding areas.

Well, for starters, bThere Bus is specifically designed to safely and reliably transport children ages 18 and under. Whereas, Uber and Lyft cannot transport minors unless accompanied by an adult. bThere Bus is a subscription based door-to-door school transportation service that you can know and trust. With bThere Bus, your child should look forward to being transported by the same, kid-friendly, respectful driver. You will also not have to worry about surge pricing or frequent and last-minute driver cancellations.

No, bThere Bus does not currently charge a registration fee for our service.

No contract is required. However, accepting the registration and Terms of Service serves a binding agreement. Cancellation of service can be done free of charge if written notice is provided with a two-weeks’ notice.

Thanksgiving and Spring Breaks, as well as school holidays are factored into our subscription prices. Refunds will not be provided for absences, sick days, school holidays, inclement weather, or unforeseen school closings. bThere Bus does not operate when schools are closed due to inclement weather. We follow all serviced school’s district schedules.

However, the winter break will be charged at 50% of your weekly rate.

For your convenience, we accept different payment options. Once our quote is accepted and you have registered your children, you may select a recurring or one-time payment method, as follows:

Weekly, Bi-weekly, or Monthly Recurring payment will be set-up as an auto-draft, and the discounted rate price will apply based on your selection.

One-time payment will be based on your weekly transportation selection.

Weeks are paid in full regardless of number of days student rides the van. Payments are due every Friday of the prior week, and a late fee of $25 will be applied on Wednesday of every week.

Credit cards will have a fee of 2.5%.

We request cancellations happen with a two-weeks’ notice. If you cancel without prior notice, you will be charged one week’s fee in addition to a $25 Termination Fee.

Yes! Our services are committed to children during school days, but we are available for private events / birthday parties / concerts / weddings / Youth Sports team transportation / reservations during the weekend and holiday breaks. Contact us to discuss further details.
